As many of you have probably experienced, cooking with kids can be a bit of a handful. But, it can also be a joyous occasion. Many times our kids want to help us cook lunch or dinner. They are trying to be helpful and are curious. Take some time out of a weekend day and spend some cooking time with your child. Here is a fun, tasty recipe that will have you both giggling and enjoying a treat.

To make cupcakes in an ice cream cone you will need three different items for this recipe. First you will need ice cream cones with a flat bottom. Second, you will need your favorite cake batter. Lastly, you will need your favorite frosting. Prepare your cake batter as it says on the box. Follow these directions for a tasty treat.

Directions:

1. Fill each ice cream cone with batter.

2. Place cones in a muffin pan. Bake at 300 until golden or cake bounces back when touched.

3. Let cool. Frost and add sprinkles or other goodies and enjoy!!!
